Mildly hot Pasilla pepper, perfect for drying. Pasilla
chilies are one of three chilies used for drying to
make Mole sausces. Known as the little raisin, when
dried the flavour is berry, grape and a hint of licorice.
Campesino is a modern hybrid producing 100s of 6
inch long narrow fruits that turn dep burgundy when
ripe. Improved dry weight and earlier maturity than
other types. Can be harvested dark green to be
grilled or used in chili. Healthy large, strong plants.
