Novelty cauliflower with attractive orange heads.
Cheddar produces deep orange smooth, domed
heads with medium weight and firm curds. Plants
are medium sized with strong leaves and tolerate
summer heat better than other orange varieties.
The orange colour is due to elevated levels of betacarotene
which is more intense if the plant is not
