CANADA POST STRIKE!
This morning, Nov 15th Canada post announced ALL operations will shut down. As Canada post is the most economical method to ship to many of our rural customers this will impact our ability to fulfill orders.
When placing an order please put on your street address or a location UPS can deliver to. We have negotiated rates with UPS. If it not anymore than $7.00 more to ship via UPS we will do so, if not we will contact you.
Thank you for visiting our website.
Orders placed today are expected to ship in 5 business days. Orders will be shipped with current inventory. If you want the seed for 2025 wait until December 4th when we will open for pre-booking of orders for the 2025 season.
Beginning in December, our website accepts pre-orders for 2025 with order fulfillment beginning mid-late January in sequence of order placement. The reason we operate this way is so that we can test and package seed as close to the order fulfillment season as possible. This translates to freshly tested and packaged seed equalling high quality.
Web Site Notes
Instock – this means the item is packaged or can be packaged up to supply. NOT all items are prepackaged many are packaged as we sell them.
Sold Out – this means the item was either a crop failure or we only had so much seed on hand to package. Keep checking to see if we get more seed in
As of December 4, 2025, items that are not available for pre-order are still awaiting confirmation of seed availability and will be updated as we get updates.
We are currently in the seed quality testing and packaging phase of our business. Most of our new crop seed arrives November to January from over 85 seed growing regions of the world.
Please visit our Sales Conditions and Ordering Information before placing an order.

Why do we trial?
We maintain trial plots so that we can be familiar with the products we sell, try out new seed varieties against proven varieties, and understand the challenges sustainable production methods present such as insect control or weed suppression.
